Sarah is a nationally recognised advocate for justice system reform whose work sits at the intersection of lived experience and policy change. A member of the Australian Law Reform Commission’s expert advisory group, she has driven critical public momentum for policy reform and independent legal representation for victim-survivors across Australia.

Sarah Rosenberg is the Founder of With You We Can, Australia’s first national online resource demystifying the police and legal processes for victims of sexual violence, built while Sarah herself was awaiting the trial of her own perpetrator. She consults on national and international projects including the Australian Law Reform Commission Inquiry into Justice Responses to Sexual Violence, and is a 2025 Churchill Fellow investigating models of independent legal representation for victims.
