We are seeking applications from grassroots organisations that aim to support people who are facing barriers or experiencing isolation and/or exclusion in Victoria.
Selected organisations will have the opportunity to pitch for an estimated $20,000+ to fuel their impact, build networks, and access TFN’s dedicated Alumni program.

In 2025, we supported and featured program aimed at people who have experienced disadvantage, isolation and/or exclusion and seek to bring different voices and perspectives together in the areas of gender equity, cultural cohesion, inclusion and diversity.
