We are seeking applications from grassroots organisations that aim to support people who are facing barriers or experiencing isolation and/or exclusion in Victoria.
TFN seeks to bring different voices and perspectives together in the areas of employment and education, gender equity, cultural cohesion, inclusion and diversity, including women and girls, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+, older adults and refugee and migrant communities.
Social issue areas that TFN supports include:
- Homelessness
- Living with disability
- Mental health, education and employment pathways
- Crime reduction, youth recidivism
- Social and economic inclusion
- Social justice and wellbeing
Selected organisations will have the opportunity to pitch for an estimated $20,000+ to fuel their impact, build networks, and access TFN’s dedicated Alumni program.
