FutureTech Australia is a neurodivergent-led social enterprise founded in 2021 to help neurodivergent young people thrive through strengths-based STEAM learning and peer connection. It delivers tailored workshops and one-to-one peer support in safe, affirming environments, while also creating employment pathways for neurodivergent mentors and working with schools, workplaces, and researchers to build more inclusive cultures and systems.
What they’re pitching for…
FutureTech Australia is pitching for support to open a new hub in Parramatta, expanding access to neuro-affirming programs for neurodivergent young people in Western Sydney where demand is growing and suitable services are limited. Funding will set up an accessible program space, recruit and train neurodivergent mentors, and cover early delivery and operating needs so the hub can run group STEAM workshops and one-to-one mentoring from the outset, strengthening confidence, wellbeing, connection, and pathways into education and employment.
